THIS SIGN UP IS FOR BUS RIDES TO CAMP ONLY. IN ORDER TO ATTEND, YOU STILL HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR CAMP at cogtnyouth.org.
This sign-up only pertains to attendees of the Dutch Valley Campus, as we are making a combined effort with the main campus to go summer camp this year. Main campus' deadline for sign-up is April 20th , and can be located at: https://pwc.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/64/responses/new. Dutch Valley has extended their deadline for sign-up to May 20th. When signing up at the COG website, make sure to select "Knoxville-Park West" for the church option. The cost is $145, with a minimum deposit of $35 due at sign-up. (Unless you sign up before April 20th, then the price is $130). Students will be responsible for paying for their lunch on the way to camp, and for any amount they want to spend at the canteen during their trip. Do not pack away $$ or medication in luggage. Either give to the adults going on the trip the day of or give to the child to keep up with. Use your discretion.
IF YOUR STUDENT TURNS 18 PRIOR TO JUNE 9th, 2018, THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CAMP
The camp weeks are as follows:
Senior Teen Camp (9th - 12th recently completed) // June 4-8
Young Teen Camp (6th-8th recently completed) // June 11-15
Intermediate Camp (4th-5th recently completed) // June 25-29
Junior Mini Camp (1st-3rd recently completed) // July 2-5
Here is the schedule for every week of camp:
8:15 Check-In Begins
8:45 Departure for Camp
10:30 Stop for Lunch (the students will have to pay for their lunch)
12:00 Arrival at Camp
9:45 Departure from Camp
12:00 Arrival at the Dutch Valley campus
Instead of coming back on Friday, Junior Mini comes back on Thursday at 12:00 pm
Father Daughter Dance

Please include Father/Grandfather's Name and Daughter's Name along with mailing address. The photos are mailed to the address given if not received the evening of the event.

The cost is $15 per couple and $5 for each additional person BY June 3.
AFTER June 3, pre-registration closes. The cost is $25 per couple and $5 for each additional person at the door .
Cost includes one (1) 5x7 photo and light refreshments.

Here are a few things to remember:
VBS Dates: July 16 -20
Meals will be provided for volunteers and their families prior to VBS Monday - Thursday. Volunteer meal times: 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Childcare will be provided for volunteers that have children under the age of 3.
Be in your classroom - 6:00 pm; Child pick up time - 9:00 pm

On Wednesday, June 20, look for “training videos” to come to your email. (These video links will be in the confirmation email once you register to volunteer.)
- These videos will be specific to your responsibilities and will be required. If you choose to not watch the short videos, you must attend the volunteer meeting on Tuesday, July 10 at 6:30PM.
We will also be getting supplies and crafts together before VBS happens.

KIDS - Vacation Bible School - 2018 - PWC

ADULTS, when registering your children, take note of a few things below:

If you have more than one child, PLEASE register for each child according to their grade recently completed!
PLEASE fill out the information using the child's name, birthday, GRADE COMPLETED & gender.
Please also include any allergies and let us know who will be picking up your children each night as well.
Register by Sunday, June 10 to receive a FREE t-shirt.

After June 10, t-shirts are $3.

Boys & Girls will be collecting School Supplies for our local Title One Schools during the entire week of VBS. We will reach 8 schools and help over 300 teachers in our local community. If the girls bring in the most supplies, Pastor Randy will be dunked in water but if the boys bring in the most supplies, Pastor Amy Jo will be dunked in water!

HSM Whitewater Adventure
July 25th, 2018
Looking for adventure this summer?! Look no further! Join HSM for whitewater kayaking and rafting on Wednesday, July 25th on the Pigeon River. We will do guided tours with Smoky Mountain Outdoors. The cost is $25 per person, and there are 14 kayaking spots, then the rest will be rafting. Tours begin at 2:30 that day. Transportation is provided to/from the whitewater experience.
Please know that you will get wet! Plan accordingly. No flip flops or bare feet permitted.
High School Fall Retreat 2018
October 10th - October 13th, 2018
WHAT IS IT?
The HSM Fall Retreat will include corporate worship services, small group discussions, private reflection times, team-building games, powerful times of prayer, and this year... THE BEACH! We will also have tons of other activities planned for the weekend.
WHO IS IT FOR?
HSM Fall Retreat is open to all high school students and their friends (9th-12th grades only).
WHEN IS IT?
HSM Fall Retreat will begin on Wednesday, Oct. 10 and end on Saturday, Oct. 13. THAT'S FALL BREAK! We will meet at Park West Church that Wednesday evening for our regular HSM Worship, stay overnight, and depart early in the morning (4am) and plan to arrive back at the church the following Saturday night.

WHERE WILL IT TAKE PLACE?
HSM Fall Retreat will take place at THE BEACH!! To be exact, at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat Center in Laguna Beach, FL. It is approximately a 8 hour drive from Knoxville.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
HSM Fall Retreat costs a total of $150 per student. The only additional money students will need is for two meals on the way there and two meals on the way back. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due by Wednesday, August 15th to secure a spot. The remaining balance is due by Wednesday, October 3rd. Of course, you may pay the whole amount up front. AFTER AUGUST 15TH, THE TOTAL COST GOES UP TO $180.
HOW ARE WE GETTING THERE?
The first 45 students to register will get to ride in a charter bus! After these 45 spots are filled, transportation will still be provided, but it may not be in a charter bus.
A $20 discount is available for students who have siblings attending. We want to make it easier for families with multiple high schoolers in the home. Use the "Siblings" registration type to receive your discount.
